Corporate Social Responsibility

Sustainability has long since ceased to be a fad and is now an indispensable prerequisite for long-term competitiveness. Our focus is on social responsibility within your own business activities.

We accompany companies on their journey to more social sustainability through strategic consulting and results-oriented implementation support. In doing so, we aim to find a credible strategy that combines words and deeds, that is practised in every aspect within the company and has an impact in external communications.

Cooperation and projects

Cooperation

Our cooperation with Don Bosco Mondo links the assumption of social responsibility with human resources development. The cooperation is based on a project that brings together unaccompanied underage refugees and (junior) managers from companies. This takes place within the framework of project work that the two groups complete together. They are supervised and supported throughout every stage of the project.

Sample project:

A company’s charitable foundation realigned its focus onto the promotion of voluntary work. We were contracted to establish the foundation’s position within Germany's broad foundation landscape. To achieve this, we developed an event format, which we also implemented. This event has since developed into an important platform for networking and exchange among the various stakeholders in the field of volunteer work.
