Vocational education and training: International projects

New technological developments and the associated changes in job profiles and working environments have a strong impact on the field of HR management and HR development. It is our aspiration to accompany such developments in future and to participate in them. For many years, we have therefore been committed to the topics and challenges of today and tomorrow: in publicly funded projects at German and, above all, European level. Our clients also benefit from this knowledge and new ideas.

International projects:
Lux Impuls goes to Europe

At European level, we have been active partners in various Erasmus+ projects in the field of vocational education and training for many years. The projects focus on very different topics. The ‘Let's campaign’ project dealt with the topic of training marketing, while ‘EmBrand’ focused on increasing employer attractiveness. In contrast, the ‘TechnoVET’ project dealt with a completely different topic: The aim here was to drive forward digitalisation in the vocational training sector. The focus was on vocational training centres and improving the digital skills of trainers and trainees. Among other things, a guide to digitalisation was created for vocational training stakeholders and a series of short video clips with practical instructions for online teaching (www.technovet.eu/de).

Lux Impuls goes to Europe – Current projects

We are the project coordinator for the Erasmus+ project ‘Job Orientation - Better fit’ (JOB). A total of five partners from four countries are involved in this project. JOB aims to prevent training drop-outs by improving the match between applicants' professional interests and the actual requirements/expectations of companies regarding applicants. The project focuses on improving career guidance, professionalising recruitment and also on incorporating the important onboarding phase into the overall process.
